Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers apps published by Ripple Road Entertainment, Inc. ("we", "us") that link to this page from their app store listing. If an app has its own dedicated privacy policy, that policy applies instead of this one.

The short version: Our apps generally don't require you to create an account and don't ask for personal information. Where an app stores data you enter, it's kept on your device unless the app's own listing says otherwise. We may use anonymous, aggregated analytics and crash reporting to keep our apps stable. We do not sell your data and we do not serve third-party advertising.

1. Information we collect

Content you create or configure — settings, preferences, and any data you enter is stored on your device unless the specific app describes a server-side feature.
Analytics and diagnostics — some apps use anonymous, aggregated usage analytics and crash reporting (for example, Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how the app is used and to fix bugs. This may include device model, OS version, language/region, and an anonymous per-install identifier. It is not linked to your name or email and is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Optional third-party services — if an app lets you connect an optional third-party service (for example, a media metadata or subtitle provider) using your own account or token, that service only receives the requests needed to provide that feature.
Support correspondence — if you email us, we keep that correspondence to respond to and resolve your request.

2. Platform services

Some apps use services provided by Apple or Google, such as Game Center, Google Play Games, iCloud, or in-app purchases. For example, a game may submit your scores to a leaderboard or keep your progress in your own iCloud account so it carries over to your other devices. Those services are operated by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies; we do not receive your account details or payment information. For purchases, we receive only the store's confirmation that a purchase completed.

3. Beta and test versions

Pre-release versions (for example, through Apple TestFlight) may record additional diagnostic information on your device, such as gameplay or performance statistics, to help us test and tune the app. This information stays on your device unless you choose to send it to us. Beta platforms may also share crash reports and feedback you submit with us, as described in their own terms. Released versions do not include this additional logging.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to operate and improve our apps, diagnose and fix problems, and respond to support requests. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it to third parties.

5. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate our apps (such as analytics/crash-reporting, platform services, and app-distribution platforms), and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. Data retention and your choices

Data stored on your device can be removed by clearing the app's data or deleting the app. Analytics and crash data retention follows our providers' standard retention settings. Many devices let you limit diagnostic sharing in system privacy settings.

7. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
